I Loved this place so much that I had to tell you ! When we first rocked up I was waiting for my partner to tell me there was a mistake with the price at check in. The hotel lobby didn't even fit the bargain price we paid for our stay. The aromatic beach vibe floated both of us up to our 8th floor, at which point I was so disbelieving this was our room that my partner had to show me the receipt. The immaculate view of Cook island, just a picture of pure Greenmount goodness. We picked your hotel for the cleanliness rating and the price. In return we got a couple of extra delights. My partner was gifted a rose gold pen and a room upgrade and I loved all of the classic photographic art, including the lift pics. The old school undertones from a hotel of yesteryear with a simple, beachy, clean affordable vibe is the answer to a special night away for us. P.s ..only one con, no green tea ?! Thanks a bunch ! Bec & El

My husband and l absolutely love Greenmount Beach House and have stayed there many times over the years. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, the beautiful view sitting on the balcony is so good. Close to the beach for a relaxing sit and swim or get the feet wet and Surf Club for afternoon drinks watching the sun go down 🧡 Beautiful walks, close to Twin Towns to see shows and have dinner.... Just an absolutely beautiful place my husband and l have been going to since the sudden loss of our son 10 years ago to suicide to find some peace and healing 😔💖

This hotel is so fun! The layout and artwork are so quirky and cute. If only it was hotter so we could have enjoyed the pool because the slide looked like so much fun. The staff were very friendly and accommodating for your every need. They cleaned the room every day and made it feel like you walked into your room for the very first time, which was so nice. Very close to the beach and shops. It is in such a great location to experience Coolangatta.

Even when I had to get a parcel directed, checking in early (of course asking if it was possible prior to), getting a microwave and leaving luggage, everyone was professional, empathetic and extremely helpful. Thanks again; it's a wonderful place and I will be staying again.

Conveniently located close to coffee shops, surf club and beaches. The reception staff were excellent. The room was comfortable, clean and had a nice view of the gardens. There's a microwave in the foyer to heat takeaway meals, and vending machines for snacks and drinks. A pool table and lounge area is located on level 2, which was great for getting together with family members.
